RTI Committee

GGDSD College Hariana follows the rule under the RTI Act 2005.This Act came into existence in October 2005 after the signing of the President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. This act is considered as the major landmark in the country's march towards strengthening democracy as this act empowers every citizen of India to get information regarding the government and government funded Institutions.
As the Act has provision to reply to the information required by any citizen within a fixed period of time, GGDSD College Hariana follows the rule under RTI Act 2005 and gives information to any citizen of India, if required, within a fixed period of time.
GGDSD College Hariana also follows the guidelines and amendments made in the RTI Act 2005 (Click Here to View RTI Act 2005). In the lines of true spirit of RTI Act 2005, the College acts responsibly in providing information to any citizen of India.
Policy act of RTI 2005

College appoints College Principal as the Public Information Officer of the College to provide information to the concerned person, who seeks information under RTI Act 2005.
College also appoints Assistant Public Information Officer for the timely reply of the Information required by any person under RTI Act.
College has also constituted a RTI committee, who looks after the whole case and helps the administration to timely supply the information required by the person.
